Earlier, on March 28, Mr. Ho Van Ha, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province, announced that the Provincial Party Committee had set a target of VND 20,000 billion in revenue from land use rights auctions for this year. The People’s Committee has issued a plan to auction 37 land lots with a total value of nearly VND 21,000 billion based on the land price framework.
Completing the procedures for organizing land use rights auctions is an urgent task to create investment resources for infrastructure projects, achieve the 10% growth target, and put the land into exploitation and use as soon as possible.
The Provincial People’s Committee also requested the establishment of a quick response team to promptly resolve any problems arising in the process of implementing the 2025 land use rights auction plan.
At the same time, the Provincial Land Development Center needs to urgently advise on the issuance of a Land Use Rights Auction Handbook. This handbook will serve as a reference for related units and individuals to speed up the implementation process, shorten the time for all steps, and quickly put the land up for auction.
