Kido Group Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: KDC, HoSE) has recently announced a transaction involving shares held by insiders and related parties.

Mr. Tran Quoc Nguyen, a Board Member and Deputy CEO of Kido Group, has registered to sell 438,171 shares to address personal financial needs.

The transaction is expected to take place via direct order matching on the exchange from September 30, 2025, to October 29, 2025.

Upon successful completion, Mr. Nguyen’s ownership in KDC will decrease from 627,914 shares to 189,743 shares, reducing his stake from 0.217% to 0.065% of the company’s capital.

Based on KDC’s share price of VND 52,600 as of the morning session on September 26, 2025, Mr. Nguyen is estimated to earn over VND 23 billion from the sale.

Regarding business performance, Kido Group’s audited consolidated financial report for the first half of 2025 shows a net revenue of nearly VND 4,156.8 billion, an 18% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Gross profit reached nearly VND 728.5 billion, up 15.6%.

During this period, the company generated VND 160.3 billion in financial revenue, an 84.3% increase year-over-year. Financial expenses rose from VND 57.8 billion to VND 106.8 billion, while selling expenses increased by 16.2% to nearly VND 563.2 billion, and administrative expenses grew by 21% to VND 244.5 billion.

After deducting taxes and fees, Kido Group reported a net profit of nearly VND 57.4 billion, an 80.5% increase compared to the same period last year.

As of June 30, 2025, the company’s total assets slightly decreased by VND 240 billion to VND 13,239.6 billion. Short-term receivables accounted for VND 3,599.6 billion, or 27.2% of total assets, while inventory stood at VND 1,269.4 billion, or 9.6%.

On the liabilities side, total payables were VND 6,019.4 billion, down VND 195 billion from the beginning of the year. Short-term and long-term loans totaled VND 4,377 billion, representing 72.7% of total liabilities.
