On September 25th, Xiaomi officially launched the Xiaomi 15T Series in Vietnam, just one day after its global debut in Munich, Germany. According to the brand’s representative, the near-simultaneous release underscores Xiaomi’s long-term investment strategy and highlights Vietnam’s pivotal role in the region.
Xiaomi positions the new lineup in the upper mid-range segment, offering flagship-like experiences. The Xiaomi 15T Series stands out with its Leica-coengineered camera system, the latest MediaTek processor, high-capacity battery, and HyperOS 3 powered by HyperAI with Google Gemini integration. Alongside smartphones, Xiaomi also unveiled the Xiaomi Pad Mini and REDMI Pad 2 Pro Series, expanding its mobile ecosystem for learning, work, and entertainment.

The Xiaomi 15T Pro is priced between VND 18.49 million and VND 20.49 million for variants with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB to 1 TB storage.
The Xiaomi 15T Pro’s standout feature is its Leica 5x Telephoto camera, a first for the T Series. It supports 5x optical zoom, 10x lossless zoom, and up to 20x UltraZoom 2.0. Paired with a Light Fusion 900 sensor and f/1.62 aperture, it promises enhanced low-light photography. Both the 15T and 15T Pro are equipped with Xiaomi AISP 2.0, ensuring consistent color accuracy and introducing modes like Master Portrait and Leica Street Photography.
Performance-wise, the 15T Pro features the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor, while the 15T uses the 4nm Dimensity 8400-Ultra. Both models support LPDDR5X, UFS 4.1, and the 3D IceLoop cooling system. The 5,500mAh battery, the largest in the T Series, offers 67W fast charging for the standard model and 90W wired plus 50W wireless charging for the Pro.

The Xiaomi 15T comes in two variants: VND 13.99 million for 256 GB and VND 14.99 million for 512 GB.
Another innovation is Xiaomi Astral Communication, featuring Xiaomi Offline Communication for off-grid connectivity. This enables direct device-to-device communication up to 1.9 km for the Pro and 1.3 km for the standard model, without cellular or Wi-Fi networks.
Xiaomi HyperOS 3 delivers an intuitive interface and seamless transitions, while HyperAI offers auto-notes, real-time translation, smart photo editing, and personalized experiences.
Design-wise, the duo belongs to the Gold Collection, introducing Rose Gold and Mocha Gold alongside classic Black and Gray. The devices feature scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass 7i, IP68 water and dust resistance, and a 6.83-inch display with HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and a peak brightness of 3,200 nits.
