The eighth project is the Lien Cang Road Construction Project (Phase 1). According to the Project Management Unit No. 6, the Lien Cang Road Construction Project (Phase 1) spans over 15 km, starting at the boundary of Ong Keo Industrial Zone and ending at Viet Thuan Thanh Port.
In Phase 1, the project will construct an 8.8 km section, divided into two segments: Segment 1, 6.9 km long with an 8-lane capacity; and Segment 2, 1.9 km long with a 4-lane capacity. Additionally, the project includes the construction of five bridges along the route.
With a total investment of over VND 2.6 trillion, the project is located in Dai Phuoc Commune and is expected to take 36 months to complete.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee Vo Tan Duc emphasized that upon completion, Phase 1 of the Lien Cang Road Project will play a crucial role in connecting the road network to seaports, facilitating investment and operation of seaport systems in Dai Phuoc Commune. This will contribute to the development of a modern, civilized, and culturally rich riverside urban area, aligned with the goals of green and smart growth.
The road will also leverage the upcoming Long Thanh International Airport, fostering the development of a seaport-logistics-industrial zone-riverside urban chain. This will propel Dong Nai’s economy, solidifying its position in the Southern Key Economic Region.
The provincial leadership urged the Project Management Unit No. 6 to direct contractors to maximize manpower and equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality construction. They also emphasized the importance of digital transformation in project management, supervision, and acceptance.

Delegates participate in the groundbreaking ceremony.
In Trang Bom Commune, a joint venture comprising Khang Nam Environment and Construction Real Estate Group JSC and Viet Quang Construction JSC No. 1 held the groundbreaking ceremony for the SHP on a 3.5-hectare plot.
The project includes residential blocks ranging from 5 to 6 stories high. Upon completion, it is expected to provide 900-950 apartments with a total floor area of 77,000 m², accommodating approximately 3,500 residents. The project aims to offer affordable housing for locals and workers in nearby industrial zones, contributing to the local social welfare agenda.
With a total investment of over VND 733 billion, the project is scheduled for completion within 24 months.
Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, CEO of Khang Nam Environment and Construction Real Estate Group JSC, representing the joint venture, pledged that the company would strictly adhere to legal regulations on investment and construction. They will collaborate closely with local authorities to ensure the project’s successful completion.
