Vietnam’s Top 10 Wealthiest Women on the Stock Market as of September 25, 2025

As of September 25, 2025, the combined assets of Vietnam’s 10 wealthiest women in the stock market reached a staggering 156.8 trillion VND, marking a remarkable 69.1 trillion VND increase—a 79% surge compared to the end of 2024.

The wealth of these top 10 women has seen substantial growth, with the lowest increase still reaching an impressive 30%.

Nguyễn Thị Phương Thảo, Vietjet Air’s Chairwoman, Leads the List

Maintaining her top position, billionaire Nguyễn Thị Phương Thảo, Chairwoman of Vietjet Air, remains Vietnam’s wealthiest woman on the stock market. Her assets are valued at 31.5 trillion VND, reflecting a 34% increase since the beginning of the year. Both VJC (Vietjet) and HDB (HDBank) stocks have performed strongly during this period.

The most significant growth in wealth is attributed to two senior leaders at Vingroup. Phạm Thu Hương, Vice Chairwoman of Vingroup and wife of billionaire Phạm Nhật Vượng, secures the second position with assets totaling 26.9 trillion VND, exceeding 1 billion USD.

Closely following is her sister, Phạm Thúy Hằng, also a Vice Chairwoman at Vingroup, ranking third with 17.9 trillion VND.

Both sisters have seen their wealth soar by 290% since the end of 2024, driven by the rising value of VIC shares.

Prominent Family Members in the Top 10

The remainder of the top 10 comprises family members of corporate leaders who do not hold positions within the companies.

Vũ Thị Hiền, wife of Hòa Phát Group Chairman Trần Đình Long, ranks fourth with 15.2 trillion VND in assets from HPG shares, a 30% increase.

Techcombank Chairman Hồ Hùng Anh’s family is represented by his wife, Nguyễn Thị Thanh Thủy (fifth place with 14.1 trillion VND), and daughter, Hồ Thủy Anh (sixth place with 13.4 trillion VND).

VPBank Chairman Ngô Chí Dũng’s family also features prominently, with his wife, Hoàng Anh Minh, and mother, Vũ Thị Quyên, sharing the seventh and eighth positions, each holding 10.1 trillion VND in assets, both up by 61%.

Additionally, the list includes Kim Ngọc Cẩm Ly, wife of VPBank Vice Chairman Bùi Hải Quân, and Lý Thị Thu Hà, mother of VPBank Vice Chairman Lô Bằng Giang, ranking ninth and tenth with 8.9 trillion VND and 8.7 trillion VND, respectively.
