On September 27th, Dong Nai Province officially commenced the Phase 1 Interport Road project, with a total investment of over 2.659 trillion VND from the state budget. The 8.8km road runs along the Dong Nai River, connecting ports in the Nhon Trach area, bordering Ho Chi Minh City.

The project consists of two sections: Section 1, spanning 6.9km with 8 lanes, and Section 2, stretching 1.9km with 4 lanes. It includes 5 bridges and is expected to be completed by March 2028.
