To enhance connectivity with the Southeast region, particularly between Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai province is collaborating with other localities to implement several transportation projects with a budget of tens of thousands of billions of VND.

Accordingly, Dong Nai plans to invest approximately 11,000 billion VND in the construction of Cat Lai Bridge and Dong Nai 2 Bridge to connect with Ho Chi Chi Minh City.
For Ma Da Bridge and the road connecting Binh Phuoc, the province expects to allocate more than 11,000 billion VND.
Dong Nai will also invest about 2,000 billion VND in the construction of Hieu Lien, Thanh Hoi, Xom La, Tan An, and Tan Hien Bridges to link with Binh Duong province.
Additionally, the province will allocate funds for site clearance of Ring Road 4.
To improve connectivity between areas within the province and Long Thanh International Airport, Dong Nai needs about 18,000 billion VND for transportation projects such as DT 769, DT 770B, and DT 773 in the coming years.
Due to the significant capital requirements, besides utilizing local budgets, Dong Nai will request support from the Central Government and mobilize capital from land fund exploitation and other legal sources. The province is currently finalizing documents and procedures, aiming to commence construction on several connecting transportation projects by the end of this year.
