Century Thread Sets Date for Issuance of Over 43 Million Dividend Shares

Century Fiber Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: STK, HoSE) has announced its plan to issue shares as dividends for shareholders.

The company intends to issue approximately 43.5 million shares as dividends, with a ratio of 100:45. This means that for every 100 shares held, shareholders will receive 45 new shares. The final registration date for this allocation is October 31, 2025.

The total issuance value, based on the par value, is nearly VND 434.9 billion. The capital for this issuance will be sourced from the undistributed after-tax profit as of December 31, 2024, as per the audited 2024 financial statements.

If the issuance is successful, the number of outstanding shares will increase from over 96.6 million to more than 140.1 million, raising the charter capital from nearly VND 966.4 billion to over VND 1,401.2 billion.

In other news, Century Fiber recently announced a resolution by its Board of Directors regarding a loan, mortgage, and asset collateral agreement with Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB) for Unitex Fiber and Dyeing Co., Ltd.

According to the resolution, Unitex has been granted a credit limit of over VND 1,413.2 billion at OCB’s Tan Binh branch. This medium to long-term loan aims to refinance a previous credit facility of over VND 993.2 billion from a group of five foreign banks, which was used to fund the POY, DTY, and FDY integrated plant project.

Additionally, a medium to long-term loan of VND 420 billion will cover and settle investment costs for the Unitex plant project.

Unitex will use its land lease rights, structures, equipment in Tay Ninh, and the DTY/POY machinery system as collateral. Century Fiber has committed to guaranteeing the entire loan amount for Unitex.

Regarding business performance, Century Fiber’s consolidated financial report for the first half of 2025 shows a net revenue of nearly VND 709.8 billion, a 24.7% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

After deducting taxes and fees, the company reported a net profit of over VND 29 billion, compared to a net loss of over VND 55 billion in the same period last year.

As of June 30, 2025, Century Fiber’s total assets increased by VND 67.8 billion to VND 3,879 billion, while total liabilities rose by VND 38.7 billion to over VND 2,142.6 billion.
