The An Biên – Rạch Giá Coastal Bridge spans 2.8 kilometers with six lanes, backed by an investment of over 3.9 trillion VND.

According to Mr. Le Viet Bac, Director of An Giang’s Department of Construction, the bridge’s design draws inspiration from the “legendary hairstyle” of Phan Thị Ràng, a celebrated female hero of the people’s armed forces. Its graceful curves reflect on the waters of the Western Sea, symbolizing An Giang’s cultural and architectural heritage while expanding its maritime development potential.
