During the meeting on June 11th, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nga proposed several initiatives related to the High-End Service Complex project located at 40 Quang Trung, Vung Tau city.
The project, named DoubleTree by Hilton Vung Tau, is situated in the front beach area and comprises a 23-story building with office space, tourist apartments for rent, and a 5-star hotel (Hilton and OSC Duxton Property Development). The project topped out in July 2024. The proposed initiatives include changing the land lease payment method, adjusting the detailed planning at a ratio of 1/500, and issuing an investment registration certificate after the adjustment.

In addition, BRG also proposed several other real estate projects in Vung Tau city, including the Lam Son area (Ward 1), 124-126 Le Loi (Ward 4), 100 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, 4-6 Thuy Van area (Thang Tam Ward), and a themed park at 262 Le Loi. Especially, the Group expressed its desire to develop an international-standard golf course in Vung Tau, contributing to the diversification of the locality’s tourism products.
Ms. Nga highly appreciated the locality’s sunny climate, calling it “an available resource.” She emphasized that without proper activation, it would remain a mass-market model, mainly serving ‘near-home’ tourists.
Acknowledging BRG’s proposals, Mr. Nguyen Van Tho, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, committed to accompanying and providing maximum support within the framework of the law. He directed the relevant departments to promptly address difficulties related to procedures, land, planning, and legal issues for the enterprise.
