Recently, the Traffic Police Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Police announced that through the surveillance camera system and patrol inspections, authorities recorded 696 traffic violations from September 19, 2025, to September 25, 2025.
Among the 696 cases, there were 390 car violations and 306 motorcycle violations.

Vehicle owners, when visiting the Traffic Police Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Police to resolve violations, must bring the following documents: Citizen ID Card; Driver’s License; Vehicle Registration; Vehicle Inspection Certificate (for cars); Civil Liability Insurance Certificate.
To check for vehicle violations, individuals can use the following methods:
Method 1: Check cold fines on the Traffic Police Department’s website
Step 1: Visit the Traffic Police Department’s website: https://www.csgt.vn/.
Go to the “Check Vehicle Violations via Images” section on the right side of the screen.
Step 2: Enter information in the “Check Vehicle Violations via Images” section on the right side of the screen.
Step 3: In the search section, enter the full vehicle license plate number and select the vehicle type (Car or Motorcycle).
Step 4: Enter the captcha code (the combination of letters and numbers next to the empty box).
Step 5: Click “Search” to find the results.
The system will return the traffic violation results of the vehicle via camera. If no results are found, it means the vehicle has not been fined.
Method 2: Check via mobile applications
Individuals can use cold fine checking applications on Android and iOS platforms such as: VNeTraffic
Step 1: Download and install the VNeTraffic app on your phone from the App Store/Google Play.
Step 2: Log in to your account.
If you do not have an account, register one by following these steps:
Select “Register,” then scan the QR code in the top right corner of your ID card. Verify the information, enter your phone number, and click “Confirm.”
The system will send an OTP code to your phone; enter the OTP code and set a password.
Step 3: To check cold fines, select the “Check Violations” section.
Step 4: Enter the vehicle license plate number and click “Check.”
