Pizza 4P’s, a renowned pizza chain, has announced a job opening for a General Manager position at their upcoming flagship restaurant in Brooklyn, New York City, USA.
This move marks Pizza 4P’s strategic preparation for its first flagship store in the United States. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the restaurant’s launch, obtaining necessary permits, building and training the team, and ensuring smooth operations.
The annual revenue target for this location is set at a minimum of
$3 million.
Currently, Pizza 4P’s operates 35 stores in Vietnam, along with 5 stores in Cambodia, India, Indonesia, and Japan, totaling 40 global locations.
In mid-2024, during an interview with
Nikkei Asia,
co-founders Yosuke Masuko and Sanae Takasugi revealed their ambitious goal of surpassing 10 billion yen in annual revenue for the first time, equivalent to
$67 million
or over
1,700 billion VND.
At that time, Pizza 4P’s had 32 stores in Vietnam and additional locations in Cambodia, India, and Japan, resulting in an average revenue of
$2 million per store.
In 2023, according to HNX reports, Pizza 4P’s Vietnam branch announced its financial results, boasting a post-tax profit of 115.3 billion VND, a 38% increase compared to the previous year. The return on equity reached an impressive 43%. This marks a significant turnaround after the company faced losses during the 2020-2021 pandemic period.
As of December 31, 2023, the company’s equity stood at 267 billion VND, a remarkable 130% increase from the beginning of the year. The debt-to-equity ratio was 0.78, with total liabilities amounting to approximately 208 billion VND. Notably, the company has successfully paid off all its bond debts. Consequently, Pizza 4P’s total assets are estimated at around 475 billion VND.
