Vincom Retail has officially launched Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City in the Vinhomes Ocean City urban area (Hanoi). This is one of the largest and most modern shopping centers in the country, with a total area of nearly 70,000 m², comprising 3 above-ground floors and 2 basement parking levels. It is developed under the “One-Stop Shoppertainment” model, seamlessly blending shopping, dining, and entertainment in a single space.

Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City is poised to become a new shopping and entertainment hub for residents in Hanoi’s eastern district.

Among the featured brands, AEON supermarket stands out with an area of over 7,500 m², marking its first appearance in the Vincom system. AEON’s presence here is considered a significant step in expanding the Japanese retail giant’s consumer market in the capital region, while also enriching Vincom Retail’s diverse service and commercial ecosystem.

Alongside AEON, the dining and retail area hosts a wide array of domestic and international brands, spanning food, fashion, cosmetics, and household goods. Notable names include Mr.DIY (Malaysia), Kohnan (Japan), JYSK (Denmark), MLB, Yanbaby, and The Colorist, offering diverse choices for consumers.

The entertainment zone is designed as a multifunctional complex catering to various customer groups. CGV cinema features cutting-edge audio-visual technology; Art Toy City, HDC, and Kidzooona create interactive spaces for children and families; while Bảo Long Dragon Center and Fahasa provide entertainment and intellectual experiences for young adults.

Notably, Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City integrates several new service categories. Aquafield Spa, a 4,000 m² Korean-standard spa complex, offers 10 unique sauna rooms, including Himalayan salt, ice, and Hinoki wood options. Meanwhile, VinPalace—an International Convention and Theater Center with a capacity of over 7,000—is designed to host large-scale events, conferences, and performances.

Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City is the 89th shopping center in Vincom Retail’s network, expanding its footprint to 31 out of 34 provinces and cities nationwide. This project represents the next step in Vingroup’s strategy to develop modern shopping center chains, aiming to create integrated shopping, entertainment, and community spaces for urban residents.
