Although SSM Group is a new brand, it doesn’t start from scratch. The company is founded and led by Mrs. Nguyễn Thùy Dung, Chairwoman of the Board, alongside a senior leadership team boasting extensive hands-on experience.

Mrs. Thùy Dung’s impressive portfolio includes high-performing projects such as Vinhomes Global Gate, Vinhomes Wonder City, Vinhomes Ocean Park, Vinhomes Royal City, Vinhomes Golden City, Masteri Lakeside, LUMIÈRE SpringBay, and Masteri Trinity Square, among others.

SSM Group is positioned as a new-generation enterprise, steadfastly upholding three core values: Sprint (relentless speed), Sustainability (long-term growth), and Momentum (continuous daily progress).

A standout highlight of the brand’s launch is the simultaneous opening of 10 offices in key economic hubs: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang. This bold move contrasts sharply with most new businesses, which typically start with a single, cautious location.

Strategically, this nationwide “blanket coverage” from day one reflects a long-term vision: rather than taking incremental steps, SSM proactively establishes a broad operational network to handle large-scale projects requiring rapid execution and comprehensive market reach.

Vinhomes Cần Giờ is one of the major projects SSM will aggressively market during the year-end period.

Recently, the real estate market has been buzzing with activity. Apartment projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are consistently selling out, with investors even engaging in speculative buying and selling. Low-rise properties are also in high demand.

This resurgence in transactions has prompted real estate agencies to expand and accelerate sales. In a conversation with us, Mrs. Nguyễn Thùy Dung, Chairwoman of SSM, noted that since the third quarter, the market has been energized by major developers’ rapid inventory releases.

“By 2026, SSM plans to grow its workforce to 600–700 employees to better serve customers. The final months of this year mark the peak season for real estate, and SSM is poised to leverage this opportunity to lead in product distribution,” Mrs. Dung affirmed.
