Recently, Hai An Transport and Loading Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: HAH, HoSE) announced a resolution by its Board of Directors to implement an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The plan involves issuing nearly 2.5 million shares to employees, representing 1.48% of the company’s total outstanding shares. These new shares will be restricted from transfer for three years following the completion of the offering.
Priced at VND 10,000 per share, the company expects to raise approximately VND 25 billion, which will be allocated to supplement its operating capital.

At the close of trading on October 3, 2025, HAH shares ended at VND 54,000 per share. Consequently, the ESOP offering price is 81% lower than the current market price of HAH shares.
The issuance is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025, immediately following the State Securities Commission’s (SSC) confirmation of receiving the complete share issuance dossier.
Hai An Transport and Loading also disclosed a list of 610 employees eligible to purchase ESOP shares in this round. Leading the list is Mr. Vu Thanh Hai, Chairman of the Board of Directors, who is set to receive 80,000 shares, followed by Mr. Vu Ngoc Son, Senior Advisor, with 64,000 shares.
Earlier in August 2025, the company completed the distribution of 38.96 million dividend shares to 14,293 shareholders. A total of 1,531 fractional shares were canceled.
The dividend ratio was 10:3, funded by undistributed after-tax profits from the audited 2024 financial statements. Share transfer is expected in September 2025.
Upon completion of the issuance, Hai An Transport and Loading will increase its total outstanding voting shares to 168.86 million, equivalent to a charter capital of VND 1,688.6 billion.
In addition to the stock dividend, HAH also paid a 10% cash dividend for 2024, meaning shareholders received VND 1,000 per share. The payment date was August 28, 2025.
With approximately 129.9 million HAH shares outstanding, the company is estimated to disburse nearly VND 129.9 billion for this dividend payment.
The dividend plan was approved by shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting held on June 26, 2025.

The total number of shares surged from 72.3 million to 101.3 million, while the chartered capital increased by VND 289.6 billion, reaching a total of VND 1,013 billion.
