Prime Minister to Attend Largest Logistics Industry Event

The highly anticipated FIATA World Congress 2025 is set to take place in Vietnam, marking a significant milestone for the country’s logistics sector. This prestigious event, organized by the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA), is expected to attract over 1,000 delegates from 150 countries and territories. Among the distinguished attendees will be Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, alongside leaders from various nations, policymakers, association heads, and top executives from leading logistics, transportation, and export-import companies worldwide. Experts from renowned international organizations will also contribute to the event’s rich agenda.

FIATA World Congress is the most esteemed event in the global logistics industry, hosted by FIATA member nations. Vietnam’s Logistics Business Association (VLA) successfully secured the bid to host this international gathering after considerable effort.

For the first time in Vietnam, the congress will be held under the theme “Green Logistics, Rapid Adaptation,” promising an unprecedented scale and quality of networking. With over 1,000 delegates and more than 120 exhibition booths, the event will serve as a platform for the global logistics community to share trends, exchange expertise, and forge new partnerships.

Vietnam’s selection as the host for FIATA World Congress 2025 underscores its strategic role in the global supply chain and reflects international confidence in the country’s sustainable economic integration and development. Taking place from October 6 to 10, 2025, the five-day congress will feature a diverse range of activities. The plenary session, attended by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, government leaders, central ministries, local authorities, FIATA’s presidency, and international association heads, will focus on green logistics, digital transformation, and new international standards in supply chain management.

Additionally, seven specialized workshops will delve into critical topics such as cross-border e-commerce, global trade restructuring, supply chain resilience, sustainable transport via water and rail, digital innovation, new economic and transport corridors, and more. These sessions will feature in-depth discussions led by world-renowned experts.

Beyond the formal agenda, FIATA World Congress 2025 will host an extensive international exhibition on logistics and green technology, showcasing advanced solutions and technologies aimed at reducing emissions and optimizing transportation.
