Appointment of the Director of the State Bank’s Transaction Department

On October 3rd, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) held a conference to announce the Governor's decision regarding the appointment of the Director of the SBV Transaction Department. Deputy Governor Pham Thanh Ha attended the conference, presented the decision, and delivered a speech outlining the new director's responsibilities.

At the ceremony, Mrs. Trần Thu Huyền, Director of the Organization and Personnel Department, announced Decision No. 3339/QĐ-NHNN dated September 30, 2025, regarding the appointment of Mr. Nguyễn Anh Tuấn, Deputy Director of the Organization and Personnel Department, as the Director of the State Bank of Vietnam Transaction Office, effective October 1, 2025. Mr. Nguyễn Anh Tuấn’s term of office is set for five years from the date of his appointment.

On behalf of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Deputy Governor Phạm Thanh Hà presented the decision and congratulated Mr. Nguyễn Anh Tuấn on earning the trust and appointment by the Party Committee’s Standing Board and the leadership of the State Bank of Vietnam as Director of the Transaction Office.

In his task assignment speech at the conference, Deputy Governor Phạm Thanh Hà noted that the new Director of the Transaction Office, Nguyễn Anh Tuấn, is a highly experienced and well-trained official who has held numerous key positions. Mr. Nguyễn Anh Tuấn has demonstrated his qualities and capabilities, earning high praise from the State Bank’s leadership during his tenure.

The Party Committee’s Standing Board and the State Bank’s leadership acknowledged and commended the efforts and achievements of the Transaction Office over the past period. However, upcoming tasks are challenging and demanding, so the Deputy Governor urged the new Director and the entire staff to excel in their professional duties and efficiently organize the office structure. This will ensure the successful implementation and completion of the political tasks assigned by the State Bank’s leadership.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Nguyễn Anh Tuấn expressed deep gratitude to the Party Committee’s Standing Board and the State Bank’s leadership for their trust and appointment as Director of the Transaction Office. He hopes that his years of accumulated experience will contribute to the unit’s overall success and meet the expectations of the State Bank’s leadership. The new Director pledged to work tirelessly and unite with the entire team to excellently fulfill all assigned tasks.
