According to the job announcement, candidates must be under 25 years old and hold at least a high school diploma. Proficiency in foreign languages such as Japanese or Korean is highly preferred.

Alongside this large-scale recruitment drive, the airline is also negotiating to lease an additional 2-3 aircraft for the upcoming Lunar New Year, aiming to increase transport capacity by 16% compared to current levels.

Bamboo Airways launched its first commercial flight in 2019 but later faced severe financial challenges due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and controversies involving the founder of the FLC Group, its former parent company.

In May 2023, the airline began a restructuring process under the investment of Mr. Lê Thái Sâm. During this phase, Bamboo Airways significantly scaled down operations, withdrawing from unprofitable routes and focusing solely on domestic flights.

The situation appears to be shifting following an extraordinary shareholder meeting on September 25, where the FLC Group regained control of Bamboo Airways. Reports indicate that the group plans to resume international routes and seek strategic partners to expand its business in the near future.
