With nearly 4.6 million outstanding shares, TTT plans to allocate approximately VND 9 billion for dividend payments for the past year. This marks the fifth consecutive year the company has maintained a 20% payout ratio and the 12th consecutive year of implementing a cash dividend policy.
TTT’s Financial Performance Over the Years |
During 2018-2019, TTT distributed its highest dividend at 30%. Since 2020, the company adjusted the ratio to 20% and has maintained it despite fluctuating profits. Specifically, in 2020-2021, TTT‘s profits declined significantly due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, from 2022-2024, business results recovered, with profits consistently exceeding VND 20 billion annually.
In 2025, TTT aims for a consolidated pre-tax profit of nearly VND 32 billion, similar to the previous year, and plans to continue distributing a 20% cash dividend.

By the end of the first half of 2025, the company recorded nearly VND 95 billion in net revenue and over VND 22 billion in net profit, up 20% and 25% year-on-year, respectively. Thus, TTT has surpassed its annual profit target by 23% in just six months.
