Accordingly, the Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee has tasked the Provincial Land Development Center with coordinating relevant units and localities to urgently complete the project dossier for compensation, support, and resettlement in service of the North-South High-Speed Railway project passing through the province. The dossier will be submitted to the Department of Construction for appraisal and approval by the competent authority for implementation.
Urgent completion of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the project on compensation, support, and land clearance resettlement in service of the North-South High-Speed Railway project passing through the province is also required. This report will be submitted to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for appraisal and approval in accordance with regulations.
Proactive coordination with the People’s Committees of relevant communes and wards is essential to expedite the appraisal and approval of planning for the remaining Resettlement Areas and Relocation Cemeteries.
Continued review of the Resettlement Areas and Relocation Cemeteries is necessary to finalize the basic design dossier. This dossier will be submitted to the Department of Construction for appraisal in accordance with the request made in Document No. 1922/SXD-HTKT dated September 12, 2025.
The Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee has also instructed relevant localities to urgently coordinate with the Provincial Land Development Center and related units to finalize dossiers and approve planning and adjustments for Resettlement Areas and Relocation Cemeteries in service of the North-South High-Speed Railway project passing through their areas.
The Department of Construction is tasked with directing relevant units to prioritize the appraisal of project dossiers for compensation, support, and resettlement in service of the North-South High-Speed Railway project passing through the province, as well as related components of the project, for submission to the competent authority for approval and implementation.
