During the event, Mr. Nguyễn Đức Hùng Linh, Deputy General Director of Investment at AgriS, emphasized the importance of establishing strategic partnerships with financial institutions to “shape sustainable capital flows for Vietnam’s agriculture sector.”

The dialogue took place in an open atmosphere, focusing on strategic topics such as effective capital management, expanding the investment ecosystem, and connecting with global ESG capital. Participants praised AgriS for proactively sharing data, demonstrating business efficiency, and committing to international sustainability standards.
Strong Financial Performance, SBT Stock Reaches 8-Year High
AgriS’s leadership announced the 2024–2025 fiscal year results, with consolidated net revenue of VND 28,482 billion, exceeding the annual plan by 9%. Pre-tax profit reached VND 950 billion, surpassing the plan by 6%. Post-tax profit was VND 834 billion, up nearly 4% year-on-year, maintaining a 46% market share in the sugar industry.
Notably, SBT stock saw a remarkable surge, ending the 2024–2025 fiscal year with an 80% increase, closing at VND 19,750 per share. In the new fiscal year, the stock continued its upward trend, reaching an 8-year high of VND 26,750 on October 10, 2025, up nearly 130% since the start of 2025. Market capitalization is nearing VND 22,000 billion, with liquidity consistently above 2 million shares per session. This positive momentum reflects investors’ strong confidence in AgriS’s growth strategy and management capabilities, especially as Vietnam’s stock market is set to be upgraded to Secondary Emerging status by FTSE Russell.
AgriS’s 2025–2030 Strategy: Expansion – Digitalization – Globalization
Mr. Thái Văn Chuyện, CEO of AgriS, outlined the 2025–2030 strategy, focusing on three pillars: scale expansion, value chain digitalization, and agricultural ecosystem globalization. By 2030, AgriS aims to achieve VND 60,000 billion in revenue, a market capitalization of USD 2.7 billion, and sugar sales of 1.7 million tons. The company also plans to expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific region, targeting markets such as Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, Australia, and Indonesia.
Alongside expansion, AgriS will leverage AI, blockchain, and big data across its agricultural value chain to enhance efficiency and global competitiveness. The company will also restructure its investment portfolio, promoting IPOs in key business segments like agriculture, production, distribution, and technology to strengthen financial capabilities and foster cross-border partnerships.
