From National Highway 3 (Km24+670, Soc Son Intersection): Turn right toward Nui Doi, then left onto Nui Doi – Bac Phu Road. Continue to Bac Phu Junction, cross Xuan Cam Bridge, and proceed to Bac Ninh.
From National Highway 3 (Km19+750, Mai Noi – National Highway 18 Intersection): Take National Highway 18 toward Yen Phong, Bac Ninh, or merge onto the Hanoi – Thai Nguyen Expressway to reach Thai Nguyen.
From National Highway 3 (Km3+630): Turn right into Duc Tu, proceed through Van Ha and Co Chau to Bac Ninh.
These traffic diversions will remain in effect from October 10 until flooding subsides.
The Hanoi Department of Construction has requested the People’s Committees of Bac Ninh and Thai Nguyen Provinces to broadcast these traffic adjustments across media platforms, ensuring drivers are aware of alternative routes through flooded areas. Local authorities are also instructed to enhance coordination and manage traffic flow on regional roads.
District People’s Committees in Dong Anh, Phuc Thinh, Soc Son, and Trung Gia must deploy personnel to monitor and guide traffic at flooded locations, adhering to the Department of Construction’s plan to prevent accidents and congestion. Regular updates on flooding conditions are required to allow the Department to adjust traffic management strategies as needed.
