On June 24th, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh departed for the 16th Annual Meeting of the New Champions of the World Economic Forum (WEF 16 Tianjin) in Tianjin, China, and will be working in China from June 24th to 27th, upon the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Qiang and President and CEO of the World Economic Forum, Borge Brende.

The WEF 16 Tianjin, taking place from June 24th to 27th, is the second most significant event of the World Economic Forum after WEF Davos. It serves as a platform for countries to discuss long-term visions and solutions to crucial issues for global economic development.

During the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation will participate in events, contribute to, and seek solutions for economic and developmental issues in the region and the world. They will also share Vietnam’s perspectives, visions, and experiences, promote the country’s image, and advocate the policies of the Party and the State. Additionally, they will forge and strengthen cooperative opportunities with governments and businesses.
During this working trip, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will also engage in bilateral activities with China to actively and effectively implement the common perceptions of the high-ranking leaders of the two Parties and countries. This will further the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership and the Community of Shared Future between Vietnam and China, fostering positive and comprehensive development.
