As of October 10, 2025, the total value of Vingroup shares (ticker: VIC) directly and indirectly held by Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong and his family members reached nearly VND 491 trillion. This figure surpasses the market capitalization of leading companies such as Techcombank, VPBank, Hoa Phat, Viettel Global, ACV, MB, FPT, Vinpearl, LPBank, and Masan Consumer.

Specifically, Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong currently holds nearly 390 million VIC shares, equivalent to 10% of the company’s capital, valued at approximately VND 74.9 trillion.

On October 9, Mr. Vuong completed the transfer of 60 million shares to VinEnergo as part of a capital contribution to the company.

Mrs. Pham Thu Huong, Mr. Vuong’s wife, holds nearly 170 million shares, valued at VND 32.6 trillion; their son, Pham Nhat Quan Anh, owns 150,000 shares, worth around VND 29 billion.

Additionally, related entities such as Vietnam Investment Group JSC, Hung Long Real Estate Management and Investment JSC, GSM Smart and Green Mobility JSC, Vinenergo Energy JSC, and Vinspeed High-Speed Railway Investment and Development JSC collectively hold over 2.55 billion VIC shares, equivalent to 65.9% of Vingroup’s charter capital.

Vietnam Investment Group JSC alone, Mr. Vuong’s primary personal investment company, holds 1.26 billion VIC shares, representing 32.5% of the capital, valued at nearly VND 242 trillion.

Combined, Mr. Vuong and these five companies hold VND 458 trillion, excluding holdings by other family members.

In total, the Vuong family and related companies control Vingroup shares worth approximately half a quadrillion dong, making them the wealthiest family in Vietnam.
