On the afternoon of October 11th, the Department of Construction of Hue City announced the latest updates on housing and the real estate market for Q3/2025 within the city.

According to the Hue Department of Construction, the city’s real estate market in Q3 has demonstrated recovery signals. However, transaction volumes for land plots and residential units in existing neighborhoods and projects have not seen significant growth compared to Q1 and Q2.
Notably, the inventory of unsold properties remains high. A total of 1,512 housing units from eligible projects were available but unsold during the reporting period, marking a 380-unit increase from the 1,132 units recorded in Q2/2025.
In Q3/2025, Hue City listed 1,889 future individual housing units from six projects as eligible for sale. During the same period, transactions included only 43 apartments and 36 individual houses. Several developers with eligible future housing units reported zero sales in Q3/2025.
