In Hoang Mai district, the Project Management Board (PMB) for investment and construction, representing the People’s Committee of the district, is implementing over 100 infrastructure development projects funded by the state budget.

Among these projects are several large-scale transportation initiatives, including the expansion of Tam Trinh Street, the construction of the Minh Khai – Vinh Tuy – Yen Duyên route connecting Ring Road 2.5 with Ring Road 3, and the building of a new road to Linh Nam Market. The Tam Trinh Street expansion project alone has a total investment of over VND 2,000 billion.

According to reports by Tien Phong Newspaper, the Tam Trinh Street expansion project is currently only about 50% complete. However, the Hoang Mai District PMB has stated that they are in the process of handing over the project to the newly established Hoang Mai Ward, which will take effect after July 1st.

Similarly, the districts of Tay Ho, Cau Giay, Thanh Xuan, Bac Tu Liem, and Ha Dong are also overseeing numerous transportation projects with the district People’s Committees as the investors. The Project Management Boards in these districts are also preparing to hand over the projects to the newly established wards after July 1st.

In the case of the Thang Long Avenue project, which spans from Ring Road 3 to Tay Tuu and is managed by the People’s Committee of Bac Tu Liem District, the district PMB has shared that they are in the process of handing over the entire project to the Dong Ngac Ward, which will be established after the administrative reorganization.

Regarding the Tu Lien Bridge project, the land clearance component on the inner-city side, managed by Tay Ho District, will also be handed over to the newly established Hong Ha Ward, as confirmed by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khuyen, Chairman of Tay Ho District People’s Committee.

Additionally, the land clearance and connecting road components of the project to expand National Highway 6 through Xuan Mai are being transferred to the newly established Xuan Mai Ward by the Chuong My District People’s Committee.
