Novaland CEO Awarded Nearly 15 Million ESOP Shares

Following Novaland Group’s successful ESOP share offering and ESOP bonus share issuance to employees, NVL CEO Dương Văn Bắc acquired 7.34 million ESOP shares and received an additional 7.34 million ESOP bonus shares. Meanwhile, Bùi Đạt Chương, brother of Novaland Chairman Bùi Thành Nhơn, purchased 1.5 million ESOP shares and was granted 1.5 million ESOP bonus shares.

This week, 18 companies announced dividend record dates. Among them, 13 firms will pay cash dividends, 1 will issue stock dividends, 1 will conduct a rights issue, 1 will grant bonus shares, and 2 will combine dividend payments.

Charter Capital Increases by Nearly a Trillion Dong

Novaland Group (stock code: NVL) recently reported the results of its ESOP share offering and the allocation of bonus ESOP shares to its employees.

NVL CEO Duong Van Bac acquired 7.34 million ESOP shares and received 7.34 million bonus ESOP shares.

As of October 9, Novaland has offered 48.7 million ESOP shares to 393 employees at a price of 10,000 VND per share, raising over 487 billion VND. These funds will be used to bolster the company’s business operations and working capital.

Novaland also completed the distribution of nearly 49 million bonus ESOP shares to 577 employees, with a one-year transfer restriction. Notably, CEO Duong Van Bac acquired 7.34 million ESOP shares and received an equal number of bonus shares. Bui Dat Chuong, brother of Novaland’s Chairman Bui Thanh Nhon, acquired 1.5 million ESOP shares and received 1.5 million bonus shares.

The share transfers are scheduled for October and November 2025. Following these issuances, Novaland’s outstanding shares will increase to nearly 2.05 billion, raising its charter capital from 19,501 billion VND to over 20,476 billion VND.

Le Tuan Anh has registered to sell 5 million SSB shares of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, stock code: SSB) to restructure his personal finances. The transaction is expected to take place between October 15 and November 12.

If successful, Tuan Anh’s holdings will decrease to over 36.4 million SSB shares, representing 1.28% of the bank’s charter capital. He is estimated to earn over 97 billion VND from the sale.

Tuan Anh is the son of Nguyen Thi Nga, SeABank’s Vice Chairwoman, and the brother of Le Thu Thuy, also a Vice Chairwoman. Currently, Nga holds nearly 120.1 million SSB shares (4.22% of charter capital), while Thuy owns over 65.6 million shares (2.3%).

Previously, Le Thanh Hai, SeABank’s Deputy CEO, registered to sell 250,000 SSB shares between September 22 and October 21. If completed, his holdings will decrease to 571,101 shares. Similarly, Hoang Tuyet Mai, SeABank’s governance officer, successfully sold 59,000 out of 81,645 registered SSB shares.

NLG Chairman Completes Sale of 3 Million Shares

Nguyen Xuan Quang, Chairman of Nam Long Investment Corporation (stock code: NLG), reported the sale of 3 million NLG shares between September 12 and October 10. Post-transaction, his holdings decreased to nearly 33.5 million shares, representing 8.69% of Nam Long’s capital.

Similarly, Thai Binh Investment registered to sell 2.5 million NLG shares between September 29 and October 28 to restructure its investment portfolio. If successful, its holdings will decrease to 14.57 million shares, or 3.79% of NLG’s capital. Thai Binh Investment is chaired by Nguyen Duc Thuan, a member of NLG’s Board of Directors.

Nam Long Investment’s Chairman sells 3 million NLG shares.

On October 20, Nam Long will finalize the shareholder list for a rights issue. The company plans to offer over 100 million shares at a ratio of 100:26, allowing shareholders to purchase 26 new shares for every 100 held. The offering price is 25,000 VND per share, with the subscription period running from October 27 to November 10. If successful, Nam Long will raise nearly 2,503 billion VND.

Que Phong Hydropower JSC (stock code: QPH) announced a 100% cash dividend, equivalent to 10,000 VND per share, with the record date set for October 16. With nearly 18.6 million outstanding shares, QPH will distribute approximately 186 billion VND in dividends.

Trung Son Power Corporation, QPH’s largest shareholder with nearly 15.9 million shares, will receive around 159 billion VND. CEO Le Thai Hung, holding over 1.33 million shares, will receive approximately 13 billion VND.
