Recently, Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center JSC (VEFAC – code: VEF) announced that October 23 will be the final registration date for the 2025 cash dividend. The ex-dividend date is October 22, with payment scheduled for November 12.
The total dividend rate stands at 330%, equivalent to VND 33,000 per share. With approximately 166.6 million outstanding shares, the company will allocate nearly VND 5.5 trillion for dividend payments to shareholders. Notably, Vingroup (code: VIC), led by billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, will receive nearly VND 4.6 trillion, holding an 83.32% controlling stake.
The dividend payout will be sourced from after-tax profits as of June 30, totaling VND 10.35 trillion. Following this distribution, the company will complete its entire 2025 interim dividend plan.
Previously, in July, VEFAC finalized the 2024 dividend payment and the first quarter 2025 interim dividend, totaling a 435% payout (VND 43,500 per share) to shareholders.
In terms of business performance, VEFAC reported a revenue of VND 44.565 trillion in the first half of 2025, a significant surge from the same period last year’s VND 516 million. After expenses and taxes, net profit reached VND 15.25 trillion, an 8,383% increase year-over-year. This remarkable growth is attributed to VND 44.56 trillion in revenue from the partial transfer of the Vinhomes Global Gate project.
On the stock market, Vingroup-affiliated stocks (VIC, VEF, VRE) saw positive momentum, rising 3-5% during the afternoon session on October 13. VIC notably hit a new all-time high, while VPL and VHM experienced slight declines.
