Spanning 65 hectares, this park within the Nam Thang Long urban area is currently undergoing technical infrastructure development. It stands as one of Hanoi’s most expensive urban developments, with villa prices ranging from 330 to 400 million VND per square meter.

With its 65-hectare expanse, the park is four times larger than My Dinh Stadium and over three times the size of Hoa Binh Park. It promises to become a new green symbol and a catalyst for real estate value growth in the area.

The park features a synchronized design, incorporating a central square, a lake, a golf course, and various international-standard outdoor entertainment facilities.

In October, the park’s large lake began to take shape. Contractors are leveling the ground, clearing debris, and preparing the site. Work on the internal road system and water-related amenities is also underway.

The 65-hectare park is centrally located within the urban area, directly opposite the Lotte Mall Tay Ho shopping center.

The park is also adjacent to Pham Van Dong Street, providing easy access to surrounding areas. Additionally, it is close to the starting point of Metro Line 2 (Nam Thang Long – Tran Hung Dao) and just over a kilometer from Nhat Tan Bridge.

Beyond serving as a green space for the Nam Thang Long urban area, the park will act as a green lung and an ideal destination for sports and entertainment activities for residents of nearby urban areas such as Tay Ho Tay and Ngoai Giao Doan.

The 65-hectare park not only enhances the quality of life for residents but also boosts real estate values. Surrounding the park are hundreds of villas that will benefit from the fresh air and open views.

Typically, homes with park views command higher prices and are harder to purchase, as owners rarely put them up for sale.
