Tax Evaders Exposed: Dong Nai Province Releases List of Delinquent Businesses

Several companies in Dong Nai, owing taxes exceeding 50 billion VND, have recently been publicly named by the Dong Nai Tax Department.

On October 16th, the Dong Nai Provincial Tax Department publicly released a list of 110 taxpayers and businesses owing taxes and other state budget revenues, totaling over 440 billion VND in tax arrears.

List of tax-delinquent companies

According to the announcement, as of September 30, 2025, the top tax debtor is Phu Hoi Urban Area LLC (Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai Province), owing over 91.4 billion VND.

In second place is Boss City Investment JSC (Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai), with tax arrears exceeding 62.5 billion VND.

Dong Nai Traffic Works JSC (Trang Dai Ward, Dong Nai) owes more than 55.7 billion VND in taxes.

Tan Mai Group JSC (Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai) has tax debts of over 30.1 billion VND.

Re Xam A.B.M LLC, located in Tam Phuoc Industrial Zone, Tam Phuoc Ward, Dong Nai, owes more than 18.4 billion VND in taxes.

Viet Bo Viet JSC (Ho Nai Ward, Dong Nai) has tax arrears of over 13.7 billion VND.

Dong Nai Traffic Works JSC (Trang Dai Ward, Dong Nai) owes more than 55.7 billion VND in taxes.

Among those with lower tax debts are Vi Na Dai Viet Import-Export JSC (Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai), owing over 11 billion VND.

Tan Vinh Cuu JSC (Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai) has tax arrears of more than 10.4 billion VND.

Thuan Loi Hung Thinh LLC (Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai) owes over 10.3 billion VND in taxes.

Duc Phat LLC (Bien Hoa Ward, Dong Nai) has tax debts exceeding 10 billion VND.
