On October 15th, in Ho Chi Minh City, the first day of The Makeover 2025 workshop, organized by Talentnet, took place with the participation of 10 speakers, including CEOs, leaders, and HR experts from Vietnam and the region. The event connected three key elements of the new era: Management, People, and Technology.
During the sharing session, Ms. Pham Minh Huong – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of VNDirect, Founder and Board Member of IPA Group, delivered a presentation titled: “TAC – Organizational Transformation Method in the Spirit of Continuation and Transformation.”
“As leaders, how much time do we dedicate to people-related issues?” Ms. Minh Huong opened her presentation with this thought-provoking question.
She emphasized that “people” are the core of any transformation amidst a rapidly changing reality, and we should invest time in this aspect.

According to Ms. Minh Huong, facing the challenge of both innovating to adapt and preserving core values in a rapidly digitizing world, we often encounter “deadlocks.” In such moments, “We need to answer what to choose, what to keep, and what to let go of for transformation,” she shared.
Introducing the “TAC – Organizational Transformation Method in the Spirit of Continuation and Transformation” model at The Makeover, Ms. Minh Huong offered a crucial perspective on the transformation process.
T.A.C – Transformation & Continuation is about innovating for growth while preserving the enduring values that form the foundation of the organization. Transformation does not mean completely discarding the old. It is a deliberate process of identifying which core values to retain and what to change to adapt to new contexts. This is the essence of true transformation—a natural, conscious, and purposeful journey.

With the T.A.C Compass, each business leader can reflect on their organization, identifying what to preserve and what to rearrange to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Digital transformation is thus not merely about technology but involves rearchitecting the entire organizational infrastructure, from structure and processes to operations. Technology is a tool, not the destination.
Ms. Minh Huong asserted that when the T.A.C model becomes a flow, it evolves into C.A.T (Connect with Heart & Transformation with Excellence), where every connection stems from “authentic humanity,” fostering genuine collaboration, and every transformation is executed with excellence.
C.A.T is not just a continuation of T.A.C but a progression from “transformation” to “transmutation,” from technology-driven operations to value creation through emotion, intelligence, and unity.
The message Ms. Pham Minh Huong brought to The Makeover 2025 is about balancing innovation and continuation, systems and people, intellect and heart.
In this journey, technology may be a tool, but people are the compass. Only when an organization understands that “transformation” is essentially a process of collective inner transmutation can change occur naturally, sustainably, and inspiringly.
