Mobifone Service (stock code: MFS), a leading technical service provider, has approved a 25% cash dividend payout for 2024, equivalent to VND 2,500 per share. The ex-dividend date is set for October 24, with the payment expected on November 27.
With approximately 7.1 million outstanding shares, the company is projected to disburse around VND 17.7 billion in dividends. MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation, the largest shareholder with a 31.26% stake, is anticipated to receive over VND 5.5 billion in dividends.
Mobifone Service has consistently maintained a cash dividend policy since 2018. The dividend per share has ranged from a low of VND 1,500 to a peak of VND 3,000 in 2022. In the years 2019-2021 and 2023-2024, the company has sustained a stable dividend rate of VND 2,500 per share.
On the UPCoM market, MFS shares closed at VND 42,100 on October 20, reflecting a 16% decline over the past three months.
