The Department of Construction of Quang Tri Province has announced the acceptance of applications for purchasing or renting social housing units at the Nam Dong Ha Commercial and Service Urban Area Project. This project is developed by Vincom Retail Operation LLC, a subsidiary of Vingroup.

According to the announcement, the application submission period is from November 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as per regulations.

Located in Nam Dong Ha Ward, Dong Ha City, the project spans approximately 13.69 hectares, with 11,547 square meters dedicated to social housing development, comprising 142 units. Each unit has a maximum construction area of 70 square meters and a land use coefficient not exceeding 2.0.

The project timeline spans from Q4/2021 to Q4/2024. The developer is currently constructing and submitting the selling price for approval in accordance with the law. Once approved by the competent authority, the selling and rental prices will be publicly announced on the Quang Tri Provincial People’s Committee’s e-portal and the Department of Construction’s website.

Applications can be submitted at the Vincom Shophouse Royal Park Management Board in Nam Dong Ha Ward, Quang Tri Province, or at the headquarters of Vincom Retail Operation LLC, located at Symphony Building, Vinhomes Riverside Urban Area, Phuc Loi Ward, Hanoi.

The development of social housing within the Nam Dong Ha project aligns with the policy of providing housing for low-income earners and workers in the Central region. The project not only increases the supply of quality housing in Quang Tri but also contributes to the urban development of Dong Ha City during the 2025–2030 period.

Vingroup aims to construct approximately 500,000 social housing units by 2030 under its Happy Home brand. These projects are designed to offer higher-quality social housing with enhanced amenities, aiming to elevate the perception of this housing segment among the public.

Notable projects include Happy Home Trang Cat (Hai Phong) with over 4,000 units, Happy Home Cam Ranh (Khanh Hoa) spanning approximately 87.6 hectares, and various social housing developments in Hanoi, Hung Yen, Thanh Hoa, and other localities currently in the planning and investment preparation stages.
