This prestigious award recognizes the nearly five-decade-long journey of KN Holdings, a pioneering private conglomerate that has built a multi-sector ecosystem rooted in social responsibility and national economic development.

Nearly 50 Years of Commitment to Sustainable, Multi-Sector Growth

Founded in 1978 by two Labor Heroes, Mr. Lê Văn Kiểm and Mrs. Trần Cẩm Nhung, KN Holdings stands as one of the first private conglomerates post-liberation, laying the foundation for long-term growth driven by integrity, ethical business practices, and community engagement. From animal feed production, paint powder manufacturing, garment exports, and infrastructure development, the group has evolved into a powerhouse, expanding its investments across five core sectors: real estate, services, renewable energy, industrial parks & logistics, and high-tech agriculture.

Over nearly five decades, KN Holdings has continuously refined its multi-sector ecosystem, where each sector operates independently yet complements and balances the others. This interconnected structure ensures stability and adaptability amidst economic fluctuations.

Today, the legacy of the founding generation is carried forward by the second-generation leader, Mrs. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương, Vice Chairwoman and CEO of KN Holdings. Representing a new wave of global-minded, market-savvy leadership, Mrs. Dương plays a pivotal role in brand repositioning, modernizing governance, and expanding international partnerships.

Trusted Partner to Global Industry Leaders

Guided by the philosophy of “integrity as the compass,” KN Holdings pursues long-term strategies, embedding community responsibility and ethical standards into every decision. Its partnerships are marked by transparency, clear commitments, and meticulous execution, earning accolades from both domestic and international collaborators.

Over the years, KN Holdings has successfully partnered with global giants like Capitaland, Keppel Land (Singapore), and Maeda (Japan), delivering premium projects in Ho Chi Minh City such as Vista An Phú, Vista Verde, Feliz En Vista, Waterina Suite, and Define. These developments not only transform urban landscapes but also elevate Vietnamese living standards.

Beyond residential projects, KN Holdings is broadening its strategic vision with large-scale ventures. A standout example is the CaraWorld oceanfront megacity in Cam Ranh’s Bãi Dài, an 800-hectare integrated resort and entertainment complex.

Realizing Green Development Goals

In renewable energy, the group has invested in and operates three large-scale solar power plants in Khánh Hòa: KN Cam Lâm, Cam Lâm VN, and KN Vạn Ninh. Spanning over 255 hectares with a total investment of nearly VND 4.3 trillion, these facilities generate 200 MWp, supplying approximately 320 million kWh of clean energy annually and reducing CO₂ emissions by over 299,000 tons. This underscores KN Holdings’ commitment to Vietnam’s green transition and sustainable development.

In industrial park infrastructure, amidst Vietnam’s FDI shifts and global supply chain restructuring, integrated planning and green development are paramount. KN Holdings is developing next-generation industrial parks, aiming for green certification, rooftop solar integration, and smart technology in construction, operations, and management. These parks will feature high-quality worker housing and amenities, alongside training centers and innovation hubs to enhance workforce skills.

In Đồng Nai, the Nam Long Thành and Đông Long Thành industrial parks (Phase 1: 1,000 hectares each) are being developed as eco-friendly, FDI-ready hubs, designed by leading Japanese firms Nippon Koei and Nikke.

Business Growth Aligned with Community Responsibility

Throughout its history, KN Holdings has balanced economic growth with community service, focusing on five key areas: healthcare, education, environment, gratitude initiatives, and disaster relief.

Even in major projects, human-centric design is prioritized. KN Holdings allocates land for schools, healthcare facilities, and community spaces, while fostering sustainable livelihoods and environmental preservation. The philosophy of “harmonious development with the community” shapes every strategic decision.
