On October 23, Vin New Horizon Joint Stock Company was officially established with a registered capital of VND 1 trillion. Vingroup holds a 65% stake, while Mrs. Pham Thu Huong, spouse of Pham Nhat Vuong, owns 32% and serves as Chairwoman and legal representative.

Two daughters-in-law of billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, Miss Nguyen Phuong Nhi and Mrs. Bui Lan Anh, along with his daughter Pham Nhat Minh Anh, each hold 1% of the company’s shares.

Earlier in October, Vingroup launched Vin New Horizon, Vietnam’s first international-standard senior living and wellness ecosystem. This strategic initiative caters to the elderly, offering a holistic approach to aging gracefully.

Vin New Horizon’s six core pillars—Health, Enjoyment, Happiness, Connection, Longevity, and Serenity—are seamlessly integrated into each 20-50 hectare urban complex. These pillars address essential needs such as housing, wellness, healthcare, education, and entertainment, inspiring seniors to embrace life’s most meaningful moments.

The Health pillar features a 5-star international geriatric hospital with specialized centers: Cardiovascular Regeneration, Musculoskeletal & Metabolic Health, Endocrinology & Nutrition, Mental Health & Sleep, Anti-Aging & Stem Cell Therapy, and Wellness & Recovery. These facilities ensure seniors maintain optimal health and longevity.

The Enjoyment pillar offers 5-star wellness hotels, health recovery centers, spa and beauty care, therapeutic cuisine, cultural hubs, entertainment, and luxury Retreat Villas. Residents enjoy premium services like in-depth health consultations, “Family Connect,” and seasonal transfers across Vietnam’s regions.

The Happiness pillar fosters a global community at Golden Residences, where seniors live joyfully and securely. Each residence is connected to emergency healthcare, ensuring both well-being and lasting legacy for future generations.

The Connection pillar, centered at New Horizon Center, nurtures a vibrant community with five key functions: Socializing, Health & Fitness, Arts & Entertainment, Wisdom & Learning, and Community Engagement. The Wisdom Academy, a “Lifetime University,” empowers seniors to learn, grow, and contribute, with events like the Golden Festival and green living initiatives fostering fulfillment.

The Longevity pillar provides an ideal living environment with lush wellness parks, advanced water and environmental monitoring, and integrated healthcare amenities within a 5-minute radius, all backed by 5-star care services.

Finally, the Serenity pillar offers lifelong financial security through insurance and pension plans, allowing residents to embrace life worry-free.
