Specifically, the free parking policy for VinFast electric vehicles (5 hours per entry) will no longer apply at Vincom Nguyễn Chí Thanh. Starting from 0:00 on October 29th, customers parking at Vincom Center Nguyễn Chí Thanh will follow the new parking fee structure and entry-exit procedures as defined by the center’s new management.
This policy change is exclusive to Vincom Center Nguyễn Chí Thanh. Other Vincom shopping centers nationwide will continue to offer free parking for VinFast electric vehicle users. The adjustment stems from changes in management and operational procedures at Vincom Center Nguyễn Chí Thanh, including its parking facilities.
Previously, Vincom Retail transferred 99.99% of its equity in Vincom NCT Real Estate Company, the owner of the Vincom Center project on Nguyễn Chí Thanh Street, Hanoi. Spanning 55,400 m², Vincom Center Nguyễn Chí Thanh opened a decade ago as Vincom Retail’s fifth shopping center in the capital. In October, the “Vincom” brand will no longer be used at this location.
This move aligns with Vincom Retail’s strategy to restructure and develop key shopping centers, aiming to deliver enhanced shopping, entertainment, and dining experiences to customers nationwide.
In addition to parking fee changes, VinFast has confirmed that during the center’s upgrade project, operations in unaffected areas—including supermarkets, food courts, cinemas, and other amenities—will continue as usual.
