Bao Viet Securities JSC (stock code: BVS, listed on HNX) has announced that November 14th will be the record date for the 2024 cash dividend payment at an 8% rate (equivalent to VND 800 per share).
With approximately 72.2 million outstanding shares, BVS is expected to disburse a total dividend of nearly VND 58 billion. The payment date is set for November 26th.
Bao Viet Group (stock code: BVH), the parent company of BVS, holds 59.92% of the capital, corresponding to a dividend receipt of nearly VND 35 billion.
This dividend rate aligns with the plan approved by the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, as part of the 2024 profit distribution strategy.

In Q3/2025, Bao Viet Securities achieved a total revenue of VND 378 billion, an 89.4% increase. Pre-tax profit exceeded VND 100 billion, doubling compared to the same period in 2024.
For the first nine months of the year, BVS generated over VND 825 billion in revenue, a 10% increase; pre-tax profit reached VND 227 billion, up 36% year-on-year. After-tax profit was VND 193 billion, with realized after-tax profit at VND 163 billion, increasing by 40% and 11.6% respectively compared to the same period.
Bao Viet Securities has set a 2025 business plan targeting VND 1,068 billion in total revenue, an 8% increase from 2024. However, net profit is projected to slightly decrease by 3% to VND 195 billion, including VND 180 billion in realized profit, a 13% decline.
