Among VinFast’s upcoming and soon-to-be-delivered vehicles, the EB 6 has sparked the most curiosity. This intrigue stems from VinFast’s release of only rendered images, with no real-life photos unveiled yet.
However, detailed images of the VinFast EB 6 recently surfaced on social media, offering a clearer glimpse of the commercial version set for deployment.
The images reveal the vehicle in Vinbus’ signature green livery, confirming it will be operated by Vinbus.
Interestingly, the interior layout features 19 seats, suggesting a passenger or school bus configuration rather than a public bus with 11 seated and 17 standing places.
According to VinFast’s announcements, public bus configurations will be delivered first, with school buses following a month later. However, the appearance of the 19-seat variant suggests both configurations may be delivered simultaneously.

Additionally, VinFast previously announced that school buses will feature driver surveillance cameras, air purifiers, air quality sensors, student forgetfulness alerts, and a parent connectivity app.
The VinFast EB 6 measures 6,200 × 2,200 × 2,900 mm, slightly smaller than the 18-seat Ford Transit but accommodating one additional seat. This makes the EB 6 more advantageous in terms of passenger capacity and urban maneuverability.
The EB 6 is powered by an electric motor delivering up to 188 horsepower and 420 Nm of torque, rear-wheel drive, with a top speed of 90 km/h. It features a 179.5 kWh LFP battery, offering over 250 km per charge and fast charging from 20% to 80% in 70 minutes at a maximum DC rate of 120 kW.
About a month ago, a VinFast EB 6 was spotted undergoing testing in Cán Tỷ, Hà Giang (now Tuyên Quang), indicating it’s in the final stages before delivery. However, no specific launch date has been announced for VinFast’s smallest bus model.
