Investor Le Ngoc Duc has recently reported becoming a major shareholder of DSC Securities Corporation (stock code: DSC, listed on HoSE). On November 11, 2025, Duc acquired 32.35 million DSC shares, securing an 11.76% stake in the company’s charter capital and officially becoming a major shareholder.
Prior to this transaction, Duc held no DSC shares, and no related individuals held any shares in the company.

On the same day, Board Member and CEO Bach Quoc Vinh purchased 51,755 shares, increasing his holdings to 402,755 DSC shares.
DSC Securities is currently offering 35.33 million shares to existing shareholders at a price of VND 10,000 per share. The rights issue ratio is 100:17.25, meaning shareholders holding 100 shares will receive 17.25 additional shares. The shareholder list for this rights issue was finalized on October 6, 2025.
The newly issued shares are unrestricted and will be used to expand the company’s operational capital, including funding margin lending and advance payment activities.
Recently, the company adjusted the timeline for the rights issue. The transfer period for purchase rights was extended to October 31, 2025, from the original October 28, 2025. Similarly, the subscription and payment period was extended to November 11, 2025, from November 5, 2025.
These adjustments aim to provide existing shareholders with more time to exercise their purchase rights, ensuring the success of the rights issue.
Among the shareholders, two major stakeholders—Chairman Nguyen Duc Anh, NTP Investment Joint Stock Company, and Board Member Nguyen Thi Thu Ha—transferred their rights to purchase additional shares.
It is likely that investor Le Ngoc Duc acquired these purchase rights from the aforementioned shareholders to participate in DSC’s rights issue.
