Companies Announcing Cash Dividends for the Week of November 17-21, 2025

The standout company for the upcoming week is NCT, offering an impressive 80% dividend rate. The ex-dividend date is November 17, with payment scheduled for December 15. With approximately 26.2 million outstanding shares, the total dividend payout is estimated at over 209 billion VND. This rate was approved during the 2025 Annual General Meeting in June.

The parent company, Vietnam Airlines (HOSE: HVN), holds 55.13% of NCT’s shares, entitling it to over 115 billion VND in dividends. Additionally, Vietnam Airlines’ 51% stake in CTCP Dịch vụ Hàng không Sân bay Việt Nam (NASCO, UPCoM: NAS), which owns 6.98% of NCT, further enhances its consolidated financial benefits.

Among NCT’s major shareholders is the foreign fund America LLC, holding 12.32% as of May 22, 2025, and set to receive nearly 26 billion VND in dividends.

Next is BMP (Bình Minh Plastics), with a 65% dividend rate, equivalent to 6,500 VND per share. The ex-dividend date is November 17, and payment is due on December 8. With nearly 81.9 million outstanding shares, BMP will distribute approximately 532 billion VND to shareholders.

The largest shareholder, controlling 55% of BMP, is The Nawaplastic Industries (Saraburi) Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Thailand’s SCG Group. The second-largest shareholder is the Swiss-based fund KWE Beteiligungen AG, holding 11.4%.

VEA stands out despite not offering the highest dividend rate. With a 46.58% rate (4,658 VND per share) and over 1.3 billion outstanding shares, the total payout reaches nearly 6.2 trillion VND. The Ministry of Industry and Trade, holding nearly 88.5% of VEA’s shares, will receive approximately 5.5 trillion VND. The ex-dividend date is November 18, with payment on December 19.

Another notable company is HTL, with a 30% dividend rate (3,000 VND per share). However, with only 12 million outstanding shares, the total payout is 36 billion VND. The ex-dividend date is November 18, and payment is scheduled for December 5.

No companies are announcing stock dividends for the upcoming week.
