According to a report by Bao Ha Tinh, to meet the increased production targets, the VinFast Electric Car Manufacturing Plant in Ha Tinh (located in the Vung Ang Economic Zone) is currently recruiting approximately 2,500 workers.
The available positions are diverse, including: team leaders, technicians, engineers, assembly line workers, logistics personnel (warehouse, forklift operators), and specialized workers (painting, welding, mechanics, mold repair, electrical/mechanical maintenance, quality control).
Candidates are required to have at least a lower secondary education, be of working age, in good health, and willing to work shifts or overtime. The salary ranges from 10 to 18 million VND per month, depending on the position and skills. The company offers attractive benefits such as: 100% free modern dormitory, free shuttle bus service between Ha Tinh and Quang Binh, various allowances and bonuses (meal, attendance, fuel, housing), and full coverage of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Mr. Nguyen Van Nam, Human Resources Director, stated that the company is diversifying recruitment channels and conducting weekly interviews. Additionally, the electric motorcycle manufacturing plant, scheduled to start operations in February 2026, will require an additional 5,000 workers.

According to a survey by the Ha Tinh Employment Service Center, the total labor demand in the province for the last months of 2025 is approximately 10,000 workers.
In November 2025 alone, 117 companies registered to recruit 6,832 workers. The surge in recruitment aims to fulfill existing orders and prepare for major holidays (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Tet 2026).
The year-end recruitment trend is highly diverse, spanning various sectors and skill levels, including: electrical, electronics, mechanics, accounting, sales, general labor, garment, and machine operation.
The trade and service sectors have the highest demand, followed by manufacturing (mechanics, processing, electronics, textiles, construction). Salaries range from 6 to 20 million VND per month, depending on the position.
To meet this demand, the Ha Tinh Employment Service Center is enhancing online job transactions, leveraging information technology, and organizing regular, specialized, and mobile job fairs across local areas.
