Currently, the consortium is processing and verifying approximately 50 applications daily. This volume is set to increase in phases: from November 25th, it will rise to 80 applications per day, and by December 1st, it will reach 100 applications daily.
This escalation aims to meet the high demand from residents submitting applications during the initial two days of sales.
In a conversation with reporters, Mr. Nguyễn Thà nh Trung, Director of the CT3 Kim Chung Social Housing Project Management Board, revealed that during the first two sales days (November 17-18), the consortium issued nearly 2,500 queue numbers via an automated ticketing system. Applicants must present their ID cards and valid documents as per Form 02; proxy submissions are not permitted.

On November 18th, the developer processed and verified 48 applications as per scheduled appointments. Several issues arose, including missing income verification documents (Form 04), wage slips, and bank statements.
Some foreign companies issue online employment contracts, which cannot be notarized. In such cases, Mr. Trung stated that the developer has requested authorities to allow companies to certify the contracts’ validity instead of requiring hardcopy notarization.
Additionally, discrepancies in signatures between confirmation forms and employment contracts, as well as cash salary recipients lacking company-issued proof, will result in application rejections.

Applications will be accepted from November 17, 2025, to January 3, 2026. All submissions, regardless of date, hold equal weight during evaluation.
On November 17th and 18th, long queues formed at the Thiên Lộc Cultural Center as residents awaited their turn to secure queue numbers. Many aspire to own a home priced over 1 billion VND, amidst soaring commercial property prices that exceed most families’ budgets.
Construction has reached the 10th floor. The developer aims to complete the building’s structure by December 2026, with sales contracts scheduled for Q1 2026 and unit handovers in Q4 2026.
