This year, the top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam for large enterprises featured leading names such as FPT, Vingroup, and Vietjet.

“Best Places to Work in Vietnam” is a prestigious annual ranking launched in 2013, based on an independent survey collecting objective feedback from tens of thousands of employees nationwide. The program measures the employer brand attractiveness of nearly 800 companies across 18 different industries.

As an airline honored for two consecutive years, Vietjet solidifies its position as a trusted and preferred employer. Each year, Vietjet attracts thousands of candidates for positions including pilots, flight attendants, technicians, operations, and customer service.

Additionally, Vietjet heavily invests in training and workforce development. The Vietjet Aviation Academy (VJAA), an official training partner of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), regularly conducts international standard training programs for the airline’s staff and the entire industry. Vietjet also focuses on management capability development through advanced training programs, MBA courses, and partnerships with prestigious universities and academies domestically and internationally.

As a global airline, Vietjet employs 9,000 staff members from 66 countries. Thanks to its robust workforce development strategy and superior benefits system, Vietjet has been consistently honored at domestic and international HR awards. These recognitions not only affirm the airline’s commitment to building a professional and attractive work environment but also highlight Vietjet’s positive contributions to the sustainable development of the aviation industry and regional labor market.
