The State Securities Commission (SSC) has received a report from Vietcombank Securities Investment Fund Management JSC (VCBF) regarding suspected trademark and document forgery involving the company.

According to a statement from VCBF, the website https://quymotangtruongvcbf.com has a domain name that may cause confusion with the official website, as it includes the term “VCBF.” This is particularly concerning since VCBF manages an open-ended fund named the VCBF Growth Stock Investment Fund.

Additionally, VCBF has identified several documents featuring logos, company names, and seals that closely resemble those of VCBF, which are being used to deceive investors.
