The delegation inspected the My Yen intersection area, which connects the Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong Expressway and the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway.
During the visit, the Long An Project Management Board (Tay Ninh Province) reported to the Deputy Prime Minister that the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 passes through the province for 6.8 km, comprising two components: construction and land clearance compensation.
Currently, the three main packages have reached over 87% completion, with temporary opening scheduled for December 19 and full operation expected by March 2026.

To meet deadlines, the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee has urged investors and contractors to accelerate construction, add machinery and manpower, make up for delays, and prepare for adverse weather conditions. These efforts aim to ensure compliance with the Prime Minister’s directives.

Acknowledging the efforts on-site, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh commended the local authorities and contractors. He urged all involved parties to maintain “3 shifts, 4 teams” operations, enhance quality control for each component, prevent bottlenecks, and ensure overall project safety and timelines.
