The Hanoi Administrative Service Center has announced plans to host a dialogue conference titled “From Streamlined Procedures to Secure Housing: Addressing Challenges for Social Housing Buyers in Hanoi.” The event is scheduled to take place from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on December 3, 2025.

This conference aims to establish a direct dialogue platform between policy beneficiaries and relevant authorities, facilitating clearer access to information, procedures, and policies. By promoting transparency and preventing policy exploitation, the event seeks to enhance inter-agency coordination in resolving social housing purchase procedures.

Key participants will include representatives from various government bodies such as the Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Justice, Land Registration Office, Social Insurance Agency of Hanoi, and the Hanoi branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies. Additionally, prominent developers and investors in social housing projects will be present, including Him Lam Joint Stock Company, BIC Vietnam Joint Stock Company, Viglacera Corporation, Corporation 319 under the Ministry of Defense, and the Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation (UDIC).
