The Southern market has seen a significant surge in activity following the launch of the Special Riverside View Package by Khai Hoan Prime on November 22nd, achieving a 100% absorption rate in a short period. With legal procedures in place for signing sales contracts starting December 2025, rapid construction progress, and a price point of approximately 70 million VND per square meter, the project continues to attract investment due to its prime location, directly benefiting from key transportation infrastructure developments.

One notable factor is the Ben Thanh – Can Gio metro line, slated to begin construction in December this year and commence operations in 2028, connecting District 1, the Southern area, and Can Gio. Simultaneously, the Nguyen Khoai bridge linking District 7 and District 4 is set to begin construction, alleviating congestion on the Kenh Te bridge and reducing travel time to the city center.

Ho Chi Minh City has also finalized plans for the elevated Nguyen Huu Tho road, connecting to the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway, with construction expected to start in late 2026. The Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway and Ring Road 3 are accelerating technical components, forming a seamless regional connectivity network between Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, and Dong Nai.

Once these infrastructure projects are completed, the Nguyen Huu Tho – Le Van Luong axis, where Khai Hoan Prime is located, is expected to reap significant benefits from improved connectivity. Situated on the frontage of Le Van Luong and adjacent to Phu My Hung, the project offers quick access to external amenities such as Crescent Mall, SC VivoCity, Lotte Mart, FV Hospital, Tam Duc Hospital, and a range of educational institutions.

The project’s location also boasts connectivity in three directions: to Ho Chi Minh City center, the Mekong Delta, and Can Gio, an area poised to become the city’s new eco-tourism hub. According to experts, the Southern region’s new development cycle is driven by regional connectivity infrastructure, laying the groundwork for sustainable price growth for strategically located projects like Khai Hoan Prime.

As one of the few new developments in the Southern area, Khai Hoan Prime is designed as a high-end compound, setting a new standard for riverside resort living with a focus on privacy and security. The project features a range of amenities, including a mineral saltwater pool, Riverside BBQ, riverside promenade, sports facilities, a 3,000m² clubhouse, light square, and children’s playground, offering a year-round resort experience.

Beyond its residential value, the project holds significant rental potential due to high demand from professionals and workers in the area. Its proximity to over six major universities ensures a steady tenant base, enhancing liquidity and profit potential.

Currently, construction has reached the 9th floor, with strict oversight on quality and progress. This is seen as a critical factor as buyers increasingly prioritize projects with clear legal frameworks and transparent timelines.
