According to the Resolution, the National Assembly Standing Committee has assigned Ms. Nguyễn Thị Yến Nhi, Deputy Head of the Permanent National Assembly Delegation of Vĩnh Long Province, to oversee the National Assembly Delegation of Vĩnh Long Province for the XV term.
During her tenure as the acting head of the provincial delegation, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Yến Nhi will receive a position allowance equivalent to that of a full-time Head of the National Assembly Delegation (coefficient 1.25).

The National Assembly Standing Committee also approved the dismissal of Mr. Lò Văn Phương, former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, from his position as Chairman of the People’s Council of Điện Biên Province, effective November 19, 2025.
The committee endorsed the election of Mr. Lê Thành Đô, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Điện Biên Provincial Party Committee, as Chairman of the People’s Council of Điện Biên Province for the 2021-2026 term, effective November 19, 2025.
Additionally, Deputy Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyễn Thị Thanh signed and issued resolutions from the National Assembly Standing Committee regarding personnel matters.
Specifically, the committee approved the dismissal of Mr. Phạm Thành Kiên from his position as Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Council, term X (2021-2026), effective November 14, 2025.
The election of Mr. Nguyễn Văn Thọ as Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Council, term X (2021-2026), was also endorsed, effective November 14, 2025.
Furthermore, the committee approved the election of Ms. Cao Thị Tuyết Lan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of the Culture and Society Committee of the Điện Biên Provincial People’s Council, as Vice Chairwoman of the Điện Biên Provincial People’s Council for the 2021-2026 term, effective November 14, 2025.

Minister of Home Affairs Phạm Thị Thanh Trà announced that through the development of a detailed catalog, approximately 40 job positions at the commune level have been identified.
