On November 25th, Khai Thinh Real Estate Joint Stock Company (established in 2018) held the groundbreaking ceremony for the social housing project within the Khai Vy Mixed Residential and Commercial Area in Phu Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Spanning over 5,100 m², the project comprises 324 apartments and is expected to be completed by Q2/2028.

Earlier in 2024, Hung Thinh Incons JSC partnered with TTD Holding JSC to develop a social housing project in Cau Rao 2 Urban Area (former Le Chan District, Hai Phong City), with a total investment of over VND 1.9 trillion. The project is planned to provide 1,880 apartments, but despite receiving approval in early 2024, construction has yet to commence.

Hung Thinh’s history is closely tied to its Chairman, Nguyen Dinh Trung. In 2002, Mr. Trung, a graduate in accounting, ventured into real estate and founded Dong Tien Investment Consulting Service Trading Company Limited—the precursor to Hung Thinh Land.

Since 2011, Hung Thinh Corp has revitalized numerous stalled projects, including Florita (Him Lam Urban Area, District 7), 9 View (District 9), Richmond City (Binh Thanh), Moonlight Boulevard, Moonlight Park View (Binh Tan), MoonLights Residences (Thu Duc), Sky Center (Tan Binh), Melody Residences (Tan Phu), 8X Plus (District 12), 8X Thai An (Go Vap), 8X Dam Sen (Tan Phu), and various other projects in central Ho Chi Minh City.

Key milestones in its development include: 2010—groundbreaking of Thien Nam Apartment; 2012—launch of Golden Bay Cam Ranh Urban Area; 2013—general contractor for 91 Pham Van Hai project; 2014—groundbreaking of Sky Center and Melody Residences; 2015—development of large-scale projects like Florita, Vung Tau Melody, Saigon Mia; 2016—continuation with 9 View Apartment, Moonlight Residences.

In 2017, Hung Thinh Construction rebranded to Hung Thinh Incons, increased its charter capital to VND 250 billion, and listed its shares on HOSE (code: HTN).

Currently, Hung Thinh employs nearly 3,000 staff, operates 64 subsidiaries, and maintains 12 representative offices. Hung Thinh Land, originally a trading floor, has evolved into a professional project developer with a portfolio spanning Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Vung Tau, Khanh Hoa, and Binh Thuan. Notable projects include Q7 Saigon Riverside (nearly 4,000 units), Bien Hoa New City (1,600 lots), Lavita Charm Thu Duc (over 1,000 units), Richmond City Binh Thanh (1,200 units), and Golden Bay 602 Cam Ranh (over 2,000 lots).
