VinFast Indonesia has announced the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with Goodyear Indonesia, Dunlop, Denso Sales Indonesia, CARfix, and Scuto Paint. This milestone marks a significant step in VinFast’s strategy to build a comprehensive after-sales service ecosystem for electric vehicles in the archipelago nation.

Under the MOU with Goodyear Indonesia, Goodyear will supply tires for VinFast’s electric vehicle models and collaborate on regular maintenance and inspection programs at Goodyear’s service centers. With its extensive Autocare network, Goodyear will enhance service coverage and optimize vehicle performance, providing peace of mind for VinFast customers.

Meanwhile, Dunlop and VinFast will jointly develop multi-functional service centers by certifying Dunlop Shops as authorized VinFast service workshops in Indonesia. These centers will offer a full range of services, including electric vehicle maintenance, software updates, tire replacement, charging station installation and maintenance, and comprehensive vehicle care. Dunlop’s extensive service network ensures easy access to high-quality services nationwide.

Similarly, under the MOU with Denso, VinFast will designate and certify Denso Sales Indonesia’s workshops as authorized VinFast service centers. Denso will provide repair, maintenance, and vehicle care services adhering to international standards, along with technician training and technology transfer to ensure consistent service quality across the network. Denso’s widespread system will play a crucial role in enhancing VinFast’s service capacity and response speed.

CARfix will offer a complete range of after-sales services for VinFast customers, including routine maintenance, oil changes, engine tuning, wheel alignment, diagnostics, and general repairs. All services will be performed by certified technicians trained to VinFast’s quality standards, ensuring professional and reliable support nationwide.

According to the agreement with VinFast, Scuto Paint, part of the Scuto Group, will become VinFast’s official partner in Indonesia, responsible for body repairs and painting across all product lines. Scuto’s network in major cities, combined with certified technicians and modern equipment, ensures reliable repair quality for VinFast customers.
